Common questions.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

No. Most clients aren't developers — that's the point. You describe what you need in plain English, and I explain what was built the same way. No jargon dumped on you at the end and left to figure out.

Is this only for SaaS startups?

No. If you run a small business and want to take payments online, let customers log in, or use AI to save time, this is for you too — not just people building software companies.

What if I'm not sure which package fits?

Email what you're trying to do, not which package you think it maps to. You'll get a plain answer back, not a sales pitch.

What if my project doesn't fit any package?

Send it anyway. If it's something I can do well, you'll get a custom fixed quote. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too, rather than take the job and figure it out on your dime.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short description of what you want, and access to the accounts involved (your code, hosting, or payment provider). Where possible you invite me as a collaborator instead of sharing passwords, and you can remove that access the moment the work is done.

Will this work with my existing website or app?

Usually, yes. Tell me what it's built on when you reach out. If there's a compatibility problem, you'll hear about it before you pay, not after.

What happens if something breaks after delivery?

Anything tied to the original scope is fixed free for 7 days after delivery. After that, ongoing changes or new features are quoted separately, at a fixed price like everything else.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Once it's paid for, the code, content, and digital products are yours. No licensing fees and no lock-in.

How do I pay?

You can hire me directly, with payment up front by invoice, or book through Upwork or Contra if you'd rather have their escrow protection. The price is the same either way.

Will my audience know the content is AI-assisted?

Yes. Every AI content package comes with a clear disclosure plan. Being upfront with your audience protects your reputation, and it's a condition of the work.

Delivery & Payment Terms

Full payment is due before work begins. Once a package is delivered — working code, files, and documentation sent — the engagement is complete and all sales are final; the underlying implementation and knowledge have been transferred. Bug fixes tied to the original agreed scope are covered free for 7 days after delivery.
